Winter long snow clearing contracts for the 2020-2021 season start at $130/mo including GST and are based on the areas to be cleared. Snow clearing services are limited to the southeast corner of the city (St. Boniface, St. Vital, Windsor Park, Island Lakes, etc.)

Don’t need snow clearing service all winter long?  No problem!  Vacation snow clearing contracts are a great way to ensure your home stays snow free and looks lived in while you’re off enjoying the sun!  Whether you’re only gone for a week or a whole month (or more!) partial contracts are available starting from $40/week including GST (booked and paid before you leave please).

Snow clearing areas include sidewalks, stairs, driveway, and city sidewalk in front. I can even clear your deck or patio upon request (if it is easily accessible without going through the house).

Snow clearing service levels are as follows:

• Main snow clearing to occur during regular business hours Monday – Friday
• Heavy snowfalls may require a quick clearing on the first pass to give everybody a path in and out
• Not to worry – I will return the next business day to make it pretty!
• No snow clearing on weekends and holidays unless there is an exceptional dump of snow
